Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of redcrestroofing.com (the "Site") and the roofing services offered by RedCrest Roofing, LLC ("RedCrest", "we", "us", or "our"). By using the Site, submitting an inquiry, or accepting an estimate from us, you agree to these Terms.

1. About RedCrest Roofing

RedCrest Roofing is a licensed residential and commercial roofing contractor based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana (Louisiana Residential Roofing License #10346). We provide roof replacement, roof repair, free inspections, and storm-damage assessments throughout the Greater Baton Rouge area.

2. Estimates and Inspections

All inspections and written estimates are provided free of charge with no obligation to proceed. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated in writing. The final scope of work, materials, and pricing are confirmed in a written agreement signed by both parties prior to commencement.

3. Workmanship Warranty

RedCrest backs every installation with a 2-year workmanship warranty covering defects in workmanship. This warranty is separate from and in addition to any manufacturer's product warranty (such as CertainTeed's lifetime limited warranty or extended SureStart™ Plus coverage), which is governed by the manufacturer's own terms. Manufacturer warranties are registered on your behalf when applicable.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Communications

By providing your mobile phone number on our contact form, by checking the SMS opt-in box, by responding to a quote request, or by verbally agreeing during a call or in-person visit with a RedCrest representative, you consent to receive SMS and/or MMS text messages from RedCrest Roofing related to your inquiry, scheduled appointments, estimates, project updates, and service follow-ups.

• Message frequency varies depending on your project status and the nature of our communications with you.
• Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. RedCrest does not charge you for these messages.
• Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at office@redcrestroofing.com or (225) 243-9776.
• Opt out. You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message. You will receive a single confirmation reply, and no further texts will be sent.
• Resume. If you've opted out and want to resume messages later, reply START, YES, or UNSTOP.
• Your mobile information. RedCrest does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise transfer mobile phone numbers, SMS opt-in data, or consent records to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information is used solely to facilitate communications related to your inquiry and any roofing services we provide. This restriction does not limit our use of service providers (such as JobNimbus and its messaging partners) that process messages on our behalf under their own privacy commitments.
• Carrier disclaimer. Mobile carriers (including T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. Phone Call Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive phone calls from RedCrest for purposes related to your inquiry, scheduling, project coordination, and service follow-ups. To opt out of phone calls, request to be added to our internal do-not-call list during any call or by emailing office@redcrestroofing.com. Calls may be recorded for quality and training purposes where permitted by law.

6. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use of the Site. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site, related systems, or networks.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including the RedCrest name, logo, copy, photography, and design, is the property of RedCrest Roofing or its licensors (such as CertainTeed for product names and marks). Manufacturer marks (CertainTeed®, ShingleMaster™, Landmark®, ClimateFlex®, SureStart™, StreakFighter®) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here under the rights granted to RedCrest as a certified contractor.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, RedCrest makes no warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any information on the Site. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RedCrest's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site is limited to the amount you have paid to RedCrest for the specific service giving rise to the claim. RedCrest is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in East Baton Rouge Parish, Louisiana.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
